Metabo STA 18 LTX 100 601002890 18V Cordless Jigsaw

Professional 18 V cordless jigsaw with Vario-Tacho-Constamatic electronics, Metabo Quick tool-free blade changing, four-stage pendulum action, and up to 100 mm cutting capacity in wood.

Category: Industrial Tools / Cordless Power Tools / Jigsaws

Purpose: Designed for precise straight, curved, pendulum, and bevel cutting in wood, non-ferrous metals, sheet steel, plastics, panels, and other compatible materials.

⚙️ What It Is

The Metabo STA 18 LTX 100 601002890 is a professional cordless jigsaw from the Metabo 18 V platform. It is designed for woodworking, furniture manufacturing, construction, renovation, installation, fabrication, and professional maintenance where cordless mobility and accurate cutting are required.

The tool uses Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) electronics, providing adjustable stroke speed and electronic speed stabilisation under load. The no-load stroke rate can be adjusted from approximately 550 to 2,800 strokes per minute, allowing the operator to adapt cutting performance to different materials.

A 22 mm saw blade stroke combined with four pendulum-action settings provides flexibility between precise cutting and faster material removal. Metabo specifies maximum cutting capacities of 100 mm in wood, 25 mm in non-ferrous metals, and 10 mm in sheet steel.

The STA 18 LTX 100 also features the Metabo Quick tool-free blade-changing system, allowing rapid blade replacement. A selectable chip-blowing function keeps the cutting line visible, while the extraction connection enables connection to suitable dust extraction equipment.
